Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Procedures

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Natural And Noble Pudding Tea may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
